Job description
Charterhouse is working with a Bitcoin Mining company, who is looking to hire an Arabic speaking Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their team in Dubai.
About the role
The Chief Operating Officer will play a crucial part leading the operations for this BTC mining company. The responsibilities will include strategic management, operational management and budget planning.
This role will be working closely with multiple teams making sure that everything is running smoothly and efficiently. The COO will also be one of the main point of contacts for stakeholders and will be required to manage expectations and timelines.
About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will need to have a solid track record working as a COO who has previously worked in an environment that involved data centers and crypto mining machines (BTC). A strong understanding of the Middle East and its mining regulations will be essential.
Our client is looking for an experienced leader who can drive growth and efficiency throughout the business. The successful applicant must be able to deliver projects to tight deadlines and have the ability to adapt to new environments. Good communication skills in English and Arabic are essential for this role.
