Charterhouse is working with an international organisation, within the technology space, who is looking to hire a HR Generalist to support the daily functions of the HR Department in their Dubai Office. Our client is looking to hire an individual who is deeply passionate about Human Resources, with a keen interest in Talent Acquisition. Experience in a similar industry is highly preferred.

About the role

The HR Generalist will oversee the day-to-day HR Operations, assisting the HR Director to ensure that company policies and procedures are compliant with the UAE Labour Law. Main responsibilities for the HR encompasses the management of the full employee lifecycle which includes recruitment, interviews, onboarding process as well as inductions.

Additionally, the role also entails assisting with performance reviews, employee relations, coordinating with the PRO regarding the visa process of new joiners, and monitoring leave for all employees. The HR Generalist will develop strong relationships, embracing a team work approach, collaborating with the HR Team within their regional offices whilst supporting all employees within their Dubai Office.

About you

To be considered for this role. the successful candidate should have a qualification in HR or a similar field, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a Generalist Human Resources position. Experience in recruitment and talent development is essential. This position requires the candidate to possess computer skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

The ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent knowledge of UAE’s Labour Law, therefore, preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE. However, the client is also open to considering individuals who have recently relocated.
