The Technical Desk was launched in March 2008 and has since grown significantly. Each of the Consultants working on this team has a technical background with experience in recruiting lower to senior level assignments.

The Technical Team covers a wide range of roles within a variety of industries. Roles vary from Warehouse Supervisors in FMCG companies to General Managers across the manufacturing industry. The philosophy of the team is to ensure the client is provided with the best match for the position regardless of how technical or specific, and by thoroughly discussing the opportunity with the candidate we can determine if it is the right move and fit for them.

Charterhouse works closely with local and multinational companies. We have a strong presence within the region, and recruit in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, the GCC and Africa. With a strong skill set in head hunting we can also recruit candidates into the region and assist clients with market research in relation to their competitors in the market.
