Due to the commencement of a new phase, they are currently looking for a Project Director who will be based on a section of the Arabian Gulf’s largest single mixed-used development. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working on multi-billion dollar iconic schemes across the globe. It is essential that you are truly client facing with the skills to interact and work with consultants, contractors and VIP’s alike.

You must hold a Degree in engineering, construction management or quantity surveying with at least 25 years experience having working for both a contractor and a consultancy. Middle East experience is essential and preference will be given to those who have previously worked on museum led developments. Candidates who are MSc qualified will be considered first.
