This position requires a qualified Chartered Accountant, whom has trained within a Big Four practice, with a solid grasp of IFRS based principles and the implementation of these best practices. Candidates shall be required to also demonstrate strong reporting skills to ensure timely and accurate presentation of financial reports across both ERP and Excel based tools.
- Internal Auditor
This role will support the Internal Audit Management Team, in overseeing controllership and governance within the organisation, to develop strong internal controls linked to both local and international regulations. The coverage of this role will be relatively broad and it will cover both areas of financial and operational audits; ensuring that all areas of financial reporting, administration and documentation are managed appropriately in a standardised manner.
This position requires a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA) from an internationally affiliated body coupled with a training background within one of the Big Four firms. Candidates will possess a strong grounding within an audit practice coupled with a post qualified exposure to working within an international and consultancy related organisation; whereby an expertise of best practice can be delivered and rolled out to undertake a review of policies and& procedures.
- Senior Finance Manager
This position is designed to support the business between the area of financial planning and budgeting in assessing and evaluating business linked performance and will report to the CFO whilst also liaising extensively with external audit partners. This role will take ownership of all budgeting processes whilst developing strong forecasting procedures and models to ensure accurate reports are in place to support MIS provision and commentary packs for senior management. In conjunction with financial accounting teams, this role will also look at internal control processes to re-evaluate accounting procedures and financial management policies.
The position requires a professionally qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or a CPA) with a minimum of fifteen years post-qualified experience. This is coupled with a demonstrable track record within financial planning and analysis based roles; where reporting lines and commercial support has been communicated and delivered to top management grades. You should have technical proficiency aligned also to IFRS based accounting and reporting policies to ensure that all technical accounting issues are handled internally and in conjunction with audit requirements.
