Charterhouse is partnering with a leading organisation within the Property and Engineering Industry, who is looking to hire a Receptionist/Administrator to join their office in Dubai.
About the Role
As an Admin Assistant, your main responsibilities will be but are not limited to, greeting clients into the business, answering incoming calls and handling any queries. You will handle all generic emails and ensure to delegate these to the relevant point of contact.
In addition, it will be your responsibility to manage your team’s calendar and complex travel arrangements, as well as scheduling meetings, booking appointments / reservations, whilst handling other administrative tasks and ad hoc duties when required.
To be considered for this role, the applicant should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a Customer Service or Administrative Position. You must have exceptional customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner and be a strong communicator. Our client is seeking a candidate who is highly motivated, a result driven individual, excellent organisational skills and is a strong team player.
