Charterhouse is working with a highly regarded five-star hotel in Doha, a culinary destination. Our client is looking to hire an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to oversee multiple outlets as well as banqueting and outside catering.
About the role
You will be responsible for a total of 10 outlets from cafes through to iconic fine dining, overseeing a diverse team of 200 with a direct team of 10. You will also be responsible for training the team and working closely with the Director of F&B to drive the strategic direction of F&B within the hotel.
The successful candidate should have at least five years plus experience in luxury five-star hotels, in either Europe or the Middle East. It is essential that the successful candidate is experienced in large volume F&B, up to date on all market trends and needs within food and beverage in the region, with excellent leadership skills.
Due to the scope of the role, only current Assistant Directors of F&B and F&B Managers will be considered. Preference will be given to individuals with Dubai or Doha experience especially in a corporate luxury five-star location performing a similar role.
