Based in Dubai, our client is looking to hire an Assistant Franchise Manager to support the franchising business in the MENA region. Our client is an exciting and innovative player in the Entertainment and Leisure industry who are bringing fresh new concepts to the region.
About the role
You will be responsible in planning and managing the franchising business of the company. You will be required to prepare and execute the marketing strategy - attracting new franchisees. You will support the day-to-day management of franchise, assist in the development of business plans and will offer continuous support to franchisees to ensure overall success. The Assistant Franchise Manager will also develop and conduct the training program and ensure that the franchisee and its staff are trained enough to provide the service experience in line with company policies.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in store / franchise development preferably in the MENA region. Ideally, you should have worked for a start-up business before. You should be a results driven go-getter, skilled in sales and come from a marketing agency background or in-house within the Leisure or Entertainment industry. It is essential that you have UAE experience and are a motivated, millennial candidate who is excited by a new challenge and a company where you can make an impact.
