Charterhouse is working with a global exhibitions company who is looking to hire an Assistant Manager – Technology Support.
About the role
As the Assistant Manager – Technology Support, you will report to the Senior Manager – Cyber Security & Resilience and be responsible for monitoring and managing systems and application related services, with a level of knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity best practices and controls. Your primary role will be to monitor and be actively involved in the systems management process, including server and endpoints infrastructure, main infrastructure services and critical applications. You will also be responsible to assist relevant teams with more complex tasks and processes related to cyber security and general technology support.
The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering / computer sciences or related disciplines, with 4+ years of experience performing systems management in mid or enterprise sized environments. Experience with critical infrastructure services, Microsoft products and services, and system cybersecurity tools is also required.
