Charterhouse is working in exclusive partnership with a multinational consumer goods brand which is looking to hire an Assistant Marketing Manager to be based from their Dubai Regional Headquarters. This role will be responsible for planning and executing both trade and digital campaigns for markets across Asia.

This role will be geared mainly towards category management, trade marketing and developing digital strategies to support online sales through marketplace partners.
This role will work closely alongside the Marketing Manager, Global HQ and distributor network to develop and implement successful marketing strategies which meet company objectives and deliver clear return on investment. As Assistant Marketing Manager you will devise impactful, high quality marketing strategies for each assigned territory which are within budget and agreed deadlines.
In addition, you will play a fundamental role in new product development planning, taking in to consideration promotional activity, merchandising, training, supporting marketing collateral, and brand activation strategy.
To be considered for this role you must hold a bachelors or above in marketing or related field, with 1-2 years commercial marketing experience in the FMCG/Consumer goods industry. This role handles multiple markets across different time zones therefore candidates must be flexible and willing to travel when required by the business.
