Charterhouse is working with an established client who is looking to hire an Assistant Restaurant Manager for their soon to open, a brand new upscale venue. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be involved in the developmental process and overall running of the venue which consists of 3 different culinary experiences.
About the role
You will be responsible in supervising all daily food and beverage operations and assist with customer relations management, data analysis and menu engineering. You will also play a vital part in all staff training and maintaining standards at all times.
The successful candidate should be a strong leader, great communicator with exceptional attention to detail, currently working as Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in an established upscale dining venue.
