Charterhouse is working with an International Equity Firm, who operate across a range of asset classes such as Property Investment, Hospitality, Logistics and Fintech. The organisation sustains a long-term client base in the MENA region, through relationship management with stakeholders. The Dubai office plays a key role in sourcing clients and international business relationships.
About the role
You will be responsible to contact potential clients for both the institutional and private sectors, with a view to on-board them into the organisation, through capital raising structures and fund structures. You will manage existing clients and their accounts, whilst achieving sales targets set quarterly and annually. Possessing an attention to detail, you will develop strategic sales plans and pipeline for your assigned region, presenting client proposals in a professional and succinct manner. You will have competent experience of working in the GCC region and understand sales and business practices, within the regulatory frameworks.
You will hold a relevant bachelor’s Degree from an internationally recognised university, and have direct sales experience in Real Estate, Asset Management, Financial Services or the Fintech sector (2-4 Years). You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully building and maintaining new relationships with key investors, specific to the GCC and International markets. Professional Memberships will be considered an advantage. It is essential that you have excellent verbal and written English. Candidates already based and residing in the UAE will be considered as a priority.
