Job description
Charterhouse is currently working with a leading global law firm based in Riyadh, KSA who are looking to hire a pro-active and results driven Receptionist and Office Assistant to assist clients and support their professional team with administrative tasks. It is preferrable that the candidate has either legal, financial or professional services industry experience.
About the role
The role will be required to manage front of house by welcoming and greeting clients into the business and assist them to meeting rooms, answer and delegate phone calls as well as delegate messages. Complete administrative tasks set out by the legal practices to assist team members, such as practice executives and partners within the Riyadh Office. The Team Assistant will provide efficient and diverse administrative, organisational and document support to all practice areas within the firm.
The Receptionist will be required to ensure that the office is kept tidy, well maintained and stocked at all times, coordinate any maintenance or repairs that need fixing and maintain petty cash for the Riyadh office and manage stock inventory, coordinating with vendors when necessary. This role will work closely with and support the Office Manager with any office changes or moves.
This role will also be responsible for arranging meetings, conferences, organising travel and accommodation arrangements for Partners. As a Team Assistant, you may also assist the Practice Executives with some legal tasks which may include document support and assisting with billings.

About You
To be considered for this role, the suitable candidate will have a minimum of 2 years administrative and office management experience and ideally already be living in Riyadh. It is essential that the applicant has experience working within professional services, financial services or other corporate working environments.
The applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, preferably with western qualifications.
In character, the ideal candidate should be positive and proactive with a friendly approach, a strong team player yet self-sufficient and the ability to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills.
