Charterhouse is working with a multinational FMCG brand which is looking to hire a Brand Activation Executive to join their regional headquarters in Dubai.
About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Consumer Marketing division, taking on a regional role with exposure to the Gulf and regular travel involved to the assigned markets. This role will be heavily focussed towards the coordination and execution of various BTL brand engagement activities. There will be regular interaction and relationship building required with a wide range of internal teams, external agencies and stakeholders. Additionally, a priority for this role will be to track KPI’s, conduct regular reporting and prepare PowerPoint presentations which deliver key data findings to the senior management team. As the Brand Activation Executive, you will oversee the creation of POS and marketing materials, managing promotor agencies and working with venue providers to ensure there are adequate resources in place to execute activations within scope and budget.
The ideal candidate should have a Degree in marketing or a relevant subject with a minimum of 1-2 years of commercial experience in a similar role. A background working within FMCG, or an agency handling a similar portfolio is highly preferred. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills are fundamental for this role as there will be regular interaction with different departments across the business and external partners. A willingness to travel to regions within the assigned cluster and to manage projects locally across different time zones is essential due to the deadline driven nature of the role.
