Charterhouse is working with an established coffee brand who is looking to hire a Brand Manager to join their team. As Brand Manager you will work closely with the Managing Director to develop the brand and oversee all day-to-day operations in the multiple coffee bar locations.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be to represent the brand, portraying the vision of the brand, creating new opportunities for the brand. You will manage the relationships with partners and clients whilst overseeing the day to day operations in the coffee bars as well as wholesale, ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently at all times. You will also be required to complete market studies, conduct staff trainings and prepare action plans.
The successful candidate should have over 3 years managerial experience within food & beverage, such as a Bar Manager, Multi-Site Manager or similar within bars or coffee bars in the Middle East or Kuwait. You should be a proactive, organised leader, someone with a proven record of accountability. Due to the scope of the role preference will be given to Arabic speaking male candidates.
