Charterhouse is working with a highly reputable and established food and hospitality group in Qatar. Our client is looking to expand their team and hire a Brand Manager to oversee and develop the brands of casual and takeaway dining in the portfolio. As Brand Manager you will report to the CEO and work closely with the Operations Business Head.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be to drive the 2 brands, to grow and develop all aspects, increase the revenue and brand awareness in the market. You will work very closely with the CEO and Operations Business Head to ensure smooth operations at all times and that all revenue targets are not only achieved but exceeded. You will also be responsible for maintaining all quality standards across the 18 outlets, whilst continually retaining guest loyalty and team motivation.
The successful candidate should have managed multiple restaurant outlets in the region. You should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience with food and beverage, possess strong English communication skills and be a true driven, business minded numbers person. It is vital you have previously experience within the Middle East.
