Charterhouse is working exclusively with an iconic international luxury beauty brand who are looking to hire a Brand Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for the travel retail division in the MEIA region.

About the role
This role will report to the Head of Marketing and Communications and work closely alongside the Travel Retail Department and the Marketing team. This is a 360 ° role and it is expected that the successful candidate will oversee the marketing and brand strategy of travel retail from A to Z. The Brand Marketing Manager will be in charge of the development of a 360 ° marketing plan for the category. 

You will be accountable for forecasting, preparing reports and performance analysis as well as their presentation to the international HQ. Therefore, you should have a high level of presentation skills.

In addition, the role will be fully responsible for the travel retail trade calendar and budget monitoring. It is expected that the TR Brand Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of marketing activity, as well as animations, visual merchandising and merchandising on behalf of the business, creating successful strategies in line with company and sales objectives to grow the brands presence and offerings.

This is a strategic role which best suits an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, analytical approach and strong commercial acumen, with the ability to create and execute successful long-term plans.

About you
Our client is looking for an adaptable, dynamic and very passionate individual with strong organizational skills. To be considered for this role you should ideally have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar marketing role within the luxury beauty industry, a strong trade marketing background and experience in visual merchandising and merchandising. 

The role requires the knowledge of the both the MEIA region and the travel retail sector. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial focus, the ability to negotiate with suppliers as well as manage the budget and P&L.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills are essential for this role and a second language is an advantage.
