Charterhouse is working with a global creative agency who are increasing their operations within the UAE and are now looking to hire an energetic Business Development Executive to join the team in Dubai.

This role will be heavily geared towards conducting extensive research to identify new potential business and proactively networking to establish relationships with prospective clients.
As Business Development Executive, this role will inherit a portfolio of existing accounts to nurture and maintain, however, the main objective of the role will be to build a strong pipeline of new leads and contacts in order to convert opportunities and establish long term partnerships. Our client is looking to hire a self-starter who is able to build natural rapport with stakeholders from a diverse range of industries and can demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset.
A background in B2B sales is crucial for this role, specifically with strong experience in developing compelling sales proposals and presenting to stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be someone who is passionate about sales and has the ability to manage numerous projects independently, delivering business objectives within tight deadlines.
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience working in a Digital Agency with a proven track record of developing new business in the UAE. The candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
