Charterhouse is working with a multinational client which is expanding its operations across the Middle East and is looking to hire an experienced and energetic Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai.
About the role
This role will be heavily geared towards conducting extensive research to identify potential clients, presenting creative business solutions to blue chip organisations and closing leads over the phone and via video meeting. Our client is looking for someone who is target and solution driven with a creative flair.
A background in B2B sales is crucial for this role, specifically with strong experience in cold calling and converting sales leads in a deadline driven and competitive market. In addition to conducting market research and generating tailored sales pitches, this role will focus on building long term client relationships and gaining buy in from client contacts which influence the decision-making process.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about sales, energetic and has the ability to manage numerous projects independently, delivering business objectives within tight deadlines. In return, extensive training will be provided by the organisation. There will be the opportunity to travel to global offices and an attractive commission scheme is on offer for reaching KPIS and sales targets.
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience in a B2B sales position which includes cold calling. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record in overachieving sales targets.
