Charterhouse is working with a multinational and established business in the U.A.E who is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to expand their presence in the region.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing existing relationships to build a sustainable client portfolio in the UAE in order to achieve your sales target, manage and grow existing business with banks, financial institutions, Government entities and SMEs with creation of customers through new business to maintain the targeted revenues and autonomously run new business activities and plan customer meetings. You will also be responsible for managing Pan Emirates Accounts along with all the activities of the sales cycle with reference to the assigned clients’ portfolio along with ensuring the achievement of the assigned revenue goals by following the corporate managerial/operational guidelines and develop the relationship with clients (i.e. recurring visits) to collect information on new products/services and on commercial initiatives developed from competitors reporting clients’ feedbacks on them for defining and implementing a digital marketing strategy in alignment with the brands strategies and business objectives.
The successful candidate should have a bachelors' Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial/banking sector and hold a valid UAE drivers licence. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
