Job description
Charterhouse is working with a reputable Wealth Management Firm who is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai. This role will be required to effectively explore, secure and develop new business relationships and distribution opportunities across the firm’s core business areas.
About the role
As Business Development Manager, this role will be involved in driving and generating leads with new and existing clients by presenting comprehensive solutions that support their financial planning needs.
In addition, this role will also develop a strong understanding of the existing market and identify new ways to reach clients, and maintain this rapport by offering strategic solutions and business opportunities.
This is an exciting role for an individual who is passionate about reaching new and existing clients and wants to further develop business across major clients, driving growth and new revenue. This role will offer training and allow for a fantastic opportunity, that supports development to transition to advising within 12-18 months.
About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should possess a minimum of two years’ experience in Business Development, ideally within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have previous financial experience and be Western Educated.
Our client is looking for a professional candidate who can work well under pressure and is well-presented. The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
