Charterhouse is working with an International E-commerce platform that is known for curating the most luxury furniture, interior accessories and art from global artisans and designers. Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to support the rapid growth of the business in the KSA Region.
About the role
The Business Development Manager will identify business opportunities and build relationships with prospective and existing clients from the hospitality and interior design sector.
This role will be responsible for the generation of new leads and development of business proposals and presentations. The successful candidate will constantly monitor the market trends and customer needs, screen new potential businesses, negotiate the prices and support the development of sales and BD strategies in order to generate the profit and achieve the strategic goals.
In addition, this role will constantly seek ways to expand their professional network, share their professional knowledge and represent the company at all times within the luxury interior design space.
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should have experience working with B2B and B2C sales in interior design with exposure to hospitality.
Our client is looking for someone with a dynamic and proactive personality and an ability to work with a high level of autonomy. Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, budgeting and negotiating is preferred. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
