Charterhouse is working with an exciting brand who specialise in unique skincare/cosmetics. Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to identify new markets and business opportunities to increase revenue and grow brand awareness.
About the role
As the Business Development Manager, you will work closely reporting in to the Director of Sales to plan and execute successful marketing and sales strategies. You will be responsible for conducting market research and identifying potential business and distribution partner opportunities. You will be a strong communicator able to lead and coach a team to meet company objectives. This role requires an analytical thinker who can accurately report and forecast the business, and important inventory and sales data.
The successful candidate should be educated to a Degree level and have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in corporate sales or business development. Strong interpersonal skills are essential as well as excellent organisation and time management skills. The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge of the UAE market.
