Charterhouse is working with a market-leading FMCG business who is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to further strengthen the brand’s presence in the region. You will be at the forefront of this fast-growing business, working directly with B2B clients to secure exclusive new partnerships within the Hospitality, Retail and Tourism sectors. This brand is one of the single most recognised brands in the Middle East and therefore the ideal person for this role is someone that can think outside the box and look at new revenue avenues.
About the role
As a Business Development Manager, you will use your strong sales skills to convert enquiries into confirmed business. You will already have key contacts in the industry and will promote the business to secure new clients through direct contact / meetings. You will act as an ambassador for our client by providing the highest quality of customer care and will maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continuous service.
The successful candidate should possess at least 3 years FMCG sales experience in the UAE to the Hospitality, Retail and Tourism sectors. You should already have a good network of clients within this industry which will enable you to initiate contact, present products effectively and secure contracts.
