Charterhouse is working with an internationally renowned management consultancy who are looking to hire a Business Support Manager.
About the role
This role will focus on implementing improvements and changes across the administrative departments. You will manage and oversee the On-boarding of new hires and play a leading role in recruiting new post-holders to join where needed. In addition, you will be expected to work at a senior level on administrative duties, managing a team of approximately eight people such as personal assistants and operational staff. You will be responsible for the diary management of senior employees and manage complex travel arrangements, as and when required.
The successful candidate will possess at least five years’ experience at an operational level. Experience within the legal or financial services sector would be advantageous. The successful candidate must have HR, operations and project experience gained within the UAE. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and ideally you will be Degree educated. Due to the senior nature of the position, English shall be your native language.
