Charterhouse is working with a leading FMCG company who is looking to hire for their next Customer Service Manager for their call centre department. You will be reporting directly into Head of Operations and will be responsible for a team of eight customer service executives.
About the role
The role will include relationship building with both the clients / customers, servicing their queries and complaints. You will follow all relevant customer service policies, processes and standard operating procedures. Strive for solutions that drive an improved customer experience and mutual profitability. You should have a motivated, calm and professional attitude and be ready for a new challenge.
The successful candidate should be willing to work 9am-6pm Sunday to Thursday. It is essential you are fluent in Arabic. If you are interested in this role please apply right away. Candidates with industries in the F&B, retail or bank call centres are preferred.
