Charterhouse is working with an established catering and events company based in Dubai who is looking to hire a Sales & Events Coordinator to be an integral part of their growth plans. Our client provides quality catering services for a range of VIP and corporate functions.
About the role
You will be responsible in managing client relationships, being involved in generating the quotes, tailoring of menus for large events, ensuring that a high quality service is achieved by coordinating staff, equipment and stock for the events. The Sales & Events Coordinator should have experience in the industry and be able to utilise their strong client base when conducting business development in order to secure catering contracts.
The successful candidate should be extremely well organised with a meticulous approach. You should have a minimum of 3 years hospitality and / or catering experience with a strong network within the industry. You should have comprehensive understanding of all different catering formats, styles and menus as well as the ability to multitask and deliver a dedicated service to clients. Candidates who are educated to Degree level will take precedence.
