Charterhouse are working with a gastronomic hospitality location, who is looking to hire a Chef De Cuisine to oversee the full kitchen of a speciality outlet, 1 of 4 culinary destinations within the location. The restaurant focuses on high end European cuisine with the highest level produce.
About the role
You main responsibilities will be overseeing the daily culinary operation, food production, menu development, highest level of customer service as well as budgets and inventory control. This also includes the ongoing smooth running of the kitchen with consistent preparation of innovative & creative cuisine.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience and currently work as a Chef De Cuisine or Head Chef, with a focus on European cuisine, ideally having managed a team of 10 to 15 within the kitchen. This role requires a true culinary creative who is looking to make this role and restaurant there outlet. Due to the nature of the role preference will be given to individuals with Middle East experience, however exceptional candidates from outside the region will also be considered.
