Charterhouse is working with an established and highly regarded 5 star hotel in Doha who is looking to hire a Chef du Cuisine to join their culinary team and oversee their fine dining steakhouse. This role will report directly to the property Executive Chef.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be to showcase your culinary talents and oversee all culinary aspects of the restaurant, menu creation and development, purchasing, staffing, food prepping and training. You will also manage a team of approximately 15 in this high end location.
The successful candidate should be a Chef du Cuisine or Executive Chef overseeing a fine dining hotel or stand-alone restaurant with a focus on steak or grill. Preference will be given to candidates with Middle East experience.
