Charterhouse is working in partnership with a luxury resort hotel due to open in Qatar soon. The client is looking to hire an experienced Cluster Marketing and Brand Manager who will be accountable for marketing of this complex and unique resort.
About the role
This role will include managing a team of Social Media Executives, Graphic designers and Content creators. It is expected that the Cluster Marketing and Brand Manager will develop, supervise, and deliver the branding, advertising, and promotional materials according to business needs and different departments' requests. This is a collaborating role that would best suit an individual with a proactive and dynamic personality, a high level of teamwork and strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and implement effective long-term plans.
In addition, this role will define and monitor the budget for marketing, analyse market trends and competitor activities, provide detailed reports and suggest effective action plans. This role will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on campaigns, including building relationships with key influencers. As part of this role, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing to develop enhanced marketing strategies.
To be considered for this role you should ideally have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in marketing, additional experience working at either a waterpark or theme park is advantageous. Experience working for a multi-property or complex position is preferred . In addition, the ideal candidate must have excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English. Due to the nature of the position, our client has a preference for Female Arabic and English speakers.
