Charterhouse is working with a multinational organisation which provides bespoke corporate service solutions and company formation expertise to a wide range of businesses and HNWI’s. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Associate to join the Dubai Lead Generation team.
About the role
This role will report to the head of sales and will be responsible for establishing strong client relationships and developing new business revenue through providing unparalleled service and expertise regarding the establishment of corporate and fiduciary structures. This role would best suit a commercially minded, entrepreneurial individual who is self-motivated and able to thrive in a target and deadline driven environment. The successful candidate will proactively engage with prospective clients to qualify leads, provide expertise and tailored solutions in relation to company formation, international tax regulations, wealth planning and business restructuring. This is a demanding and target driven environment which requires a confident individual with excellent communication skills and ability to influence C Level executives and HNWI’s. This role requires a high level of flexibility to meet the needs and expectations of the international client base, therefore successful individuals must be willing to work extended hours as and when required. In return our client offers training and development within the role, you will be empowered to act with a high level of autonomy, and there will be an attractive commission structure on offer for exceeding targets.
To be considered for this role you must have a Degree in business administration or a relevant field, with at least 4 years commercial experience in a lead generation role offering company formation, wealth planning or similar services. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of UAE Free zone laws and international tax regulations.
