Charterhouse is working with a multinational market-leading organisation within the transportation industry, who is currently looking to hire a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. This is a great opportunity for someone that enjoys compensation and benefits and wants to bring their expertise and insight to benefits management, working in partnership with the Comp & Bens Manager.
About the role
Reporting to and supporting the Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders in the delivery of benefit programmes, development of benefits data and assist with the implementation and communication of new policy benefits. This role requires someone who is able to analyse data and review market research which in turn will allow them to create job descriptions that are in line with company benchmarking.
Working closely with the Finance Team and participating in compensation surveys, you will ensure best practices are adhered to and that in depth HR data analysis is provided to support any changes to the job evaluation process. Strong job description and evaluation skills are a must to be successful in this role.
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in HR with a clear understanding and knowledge in Compensation & Benefits. You must be an excellent communicator with strong English language skills as well as strong excel and system skills.
