Job description

​Charterhouse is working with a leading technology-oriented Events organiser, who is currently looking to hire a creative and experienced Conference Producer to join their Dubai office.

About the role
The key duties for this exciting role include the undertaking of both national and global market research to ensure the highest quality content, target markets and sponsorship for the event. You will also be responsible in the creation and coordination of high quality, commercial business conferences that will meet the needs of the target audience and provide valuable marketing and networking opportunities to the event sponsors and exhibitors.

In addition, you will also be required to structure the conference programme, invite and confirm speakers. An important part of this role will involve forming positive working relationships and communicating with key business partners and colleagues within different areas of the organisation to ensure a continuous smooth operation from start to finish.

About You
To be considered for this role, the candidate must have previous Conference Production experience and should hold a relevant Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in similar role is essential.

Additionally, the candidate should be creative and customer focused with excellent interpersonal, content writing and time-management skills. Due to the role requirements, the candidate must have strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
