Conference Producer – Large Scale Events

​Charterhouse is working with a leading B2B events organiser, who require a creative individual with excellent written and research skills to join their team to produce high quality business conferences.

About the role
As Conference Producer, it will be your responsibility to research, create and successfully co-ordinate high quality, profitable business conferences that meet the needs of the target audience and provide valuable marketing and networking opportunities to sponsors and exhibitors. This is an exciting role which offers exposure to many different industries with a broad scope of responsibilities.

In addition, you will be required to undertake global market research to guarantee the best quality content, speakers and delegates. You will also successfully compile a topical conference programme that meets the needs of the identified target audience.

A key focus of the role will involve forming strong working relationships and liaising with business stakeholders, key opinion leaders and cross functional teams to ensure that the conference production runs seamlessly.

About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must be Degree educated in a relevant subject and possess excellent copy writing skills. Our client is looking for an individual who has exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail and are able to prioritise and manage their own workload effectively.
