Charterhouse is working with a boutique F&B organisation who are looking to hire a Corporate Chef experienced in casual and upper casual dining to join their team in Qatar. As Corporate Chef you with report directly to the Country General Manager and work closely with the development team on new concepts and openings.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be to oversee the full culinary function across a central kitchen and multiple casual dining locations. You will train the teams in executing recipes in existing locations as well as to launch new brands. Through the central kitchen you will work to further develop this side of the business. You will be responsible for sourcing ingredients, costings, wastage and supply chain. The key to this role is balancing the business side of the kitchen with the ability to train the teams in seamless execution across brands and concepts.
The successful candidate should have experience as either a Head Chef (multiple outlets) or a Corporate Chef, within casual or upper casual dining. Added experience overseeing a Central Kitchen is preferred.
Experience within brunches, bakery, burgers, salads and fusion, being able to elevate these concepts is essential for this role. You must have experience managing multiple kitchens. Excellent communication skill and strong experience training full kitchen teams is required.
