Job description
Charterhouse are working with a highly prestigious international Law Firm based in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire a 2 – 5 PQE Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Associate who has experience advising on M&A, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital investments and corporate reorganisations to join their corporate team.
About the Role
In this position, your responsibilities will include preparing, crafting, and negotiating corporate and commercial documents, performing due diligence, composing advisory memoranda as well as creating proposals and credential statements. A key aspect of this role will be collaboration with clients, fostering relationships with colleagues, and supporting business development efforts. This is a full-time position, with a working pattern from Monday – Friday.
About You
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must be a Common Law qualified Lawyer with a minimum of two years’ experience in Corporate M&A. Candidates based in the UAE are preferred, however, our client is willing to offer a relocation package for the right candidate.
