Our client, an international prestigious employer is looking to hire a Corporate Receptionist to join their Doha team. Based in the heart of West Bay, Doha, this is a once and a life time opportunity where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make this role their own by not only taking full front office responsibilities where you will be the first point of contact, but also handling additional responsibilities and small projects within the office as and when they arise.
About the role
As the voice of the company you will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests, directing calls, managing and directing all incoming queries, coordinate with venders and courier companies, providing administrative support to senior managers and ensuring the reception area and board/meeting rooms are maintained at all times.
The successful candidate should be extremely well presented, highly organised, enthusiastic, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player and possess outstanding phone manners. You should also have good computer skills with a minimum of 2 years administration experience in a corporate receptionist role and be fluent in Arabic and English.
