Charterhouse is working exclusively with an iconic luxury beauty and fragrances brand which is looking to hire a dynamic Country Brand Manager to look after the brand across the KSA market and manage all the retail and corporate employees in the region.

About the role
This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and results driven individual to join one of the most prestigious global brands and support the expansion plans across the KSA market. The Country Brand Manager will report to the General Manager of the brand based in Dubai, as well as to a local distributor in the KSA and will have around 130 reports (including corporate and beauty consultants).

This is a 360 role that will overlook the entire Saudi business, including Commercial aspect, Marketing, Merchandising, Training, Retail, Communication with Dubai office as well as the international HQ in Europe.

The main purpose of this role is to meet the business objectives, drive the performance and maximize the profitability of the business within the market.
You will be involved in the opening and closing of the stores across the region and you will constantly seek and identify the right opportunities for expansion. You will also conduct regular competitor analysis, forecast key market trends and prepare reports for the HQ. The Country Brand Manager will be ideally based in Jeddah or Riyadh and will be required to travel across the region.

About you
To be considered for this role, you need to have an excellent understanding of the Middle East Region, specifically KSA market and you should demonstrate experience manging a large number of stores across the region.

The ideal candidate should be proactive with a dynamic personality and strong leadership and collaborative skills, as well as the ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills in order to drive the business performance.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic are must.
