Charterhouse is working with a well-known fashion and accessories brand who have an exciting opportunity to join their team as Country Sales Manager to drive profitability and sales across their retail stores in the region.
About the role
In this role you will be responsible for driving the sales and profitability of all stores across Kuwait by working closely alongside Store Managers to continuously lead and develop them and their teams. The chosen candidate must have a strong track record in delivering business KPIs, meeting company objectives and working to company policies as well as compliance procedures. You will coach the management team to ensure they are regularly developing their teams, and identifying talent to drive employee engagement and retention.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 4 years retail experience and be currently working in an Area Sales Manager role or equivalent. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail, preferably within fashion / luxury. You should also demonstrate excellent people management and leadership qualities through setting and reviewing performance objectives. Preference will be given to Arabic speakers.
