Charterhouse is working with a global luxury brand who is looking to hire a CRM Manager to join their team. As the CRM Manager you will implement the CRM strategies of the brand and manage the customer journey and communication plans through an Omni-channel strategy.
About the Role
In this role you will define consumer journeys based on segmentations and client behaviours to define the annual CRM strategy and action plan. You will evaluate the success of CRM initiatives and devise weekly/monthly/quarterly standard reports. This role will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and media agencies to define customer communication strategies and study opportunities to expand communication channels. You will be in charge of analysing and consolidating consumer data (both quantitative and qualitative) to derive business indication and provide related action plans to deliver CRM objectives. In addition this role will manage and oversee the setup of new loyalty programs.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor's Degree or above and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer relationship preferably within a global organization. The successful candidate should be bilingual in both English and Arabic due to the nature of the role and coverage areas. You should also have strong analytical and statistical competencies.
