Charterhouse is working with a UAE business positioned within the conference and exhibition space, who is looking to hire a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Manager to be based in Dubai. About the role
Your main responsibilities will be configuring, developing and managing the companies CRM platform, creating, implementing and managing the Eloqua software, ensuring the processes meet the needs of both internal stakeholders and end users. Working closely with the marketing team, you will lead the marketing automation strategy, social media engagement and provide a thorough insight into the marketing campaign pipeline. Ensuring a seamless transition from the legacy system to the new Marketing automation platform is a critical part of this role, alongside managing social media engagement technologies.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business administration and have at least five years’ experience in a similar role. You must have experience in business use, implementation and training of Oracle Eloqua and SRM. Experience in CRM implementation and management is highly preferred, alongside demonstrated analytical skills and hands-on experience in configuration of Oracle Eloqua/SRM features including building custom reports.
