Charterhouse is working with a Prestigious Multinational Automotive organisation who is looking to hire a Customer Dealer Support Operations Manager to join their team here in Dubai.
About the role
As the Customer Dealer Support Operations Manager you will ensure a positive customer experience is delivered through the practices, decisions and behaviours of inspired, engaged and customer focused employees. You will be responsible for end to end excellence within the Customer Care team. Setting clear direction and consistently improving day to day operations. You will address issues and enquiries from the dealer network and customers, as well as managing risks to the different brands.
The role will identify customer trends and innovative solutions that can be leveraged by both brands to create continuous improvement and a best in class customer experience. The role will also manage the provision of CRM Services (consulting, setup, dealer involvement, implementation, feedback, measurement) for the 2 brands.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree or have substantial industry experience of at least 5 years’ in the automotive field, ideally within a dealership.
