Charterhouse is working with a well-established multinational event organisation who are now looking for a Customer Experience Manager (B2B) to join their Dubai-based team. The role is largely focused on the ability to establish positive working relationships with the organisations key clientele, VIP’s and event sponsors.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join a dynamic international MICE organisation. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact through all stages from pre to post event for the organisations B2B clientele including VIP’s, C-level executives and high-level government representatives. You will oversee the Client Relations team onsite to ensure all customer service expectations are exceeded and the top sponsors meet with their target buyers.
In addition, you will be responsible for creating relevant meeting agendas and arranging accordingly with the client to attain a full understanding of their needs and expectations.
To be successful in this role you should be personable, driven and a strong communicator. You must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have 3 years’ experience in a senior customer service role dealing with senior management and B2B partners would be highly advantageous. Experience within events would also be beneficial.
