Our client, an international insurance company is looking to hire a Customer Service Manager to oversee the customer service team as well as assist the Operations Manager in day to day client matters.
About the role
The ideal candidate should be someone with previous customer service experience within insurance or a related field that requires high levels of customer service as well as experience of being involved in managing a small team.
To be considered for this role, you should be solutions driven, have strong computer skills and are able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. You should enjoy working in a fast paced environment who handles customer’s queries with a smile! It is essential that you have previous experience in a similar role, be well presented and be a good communicator.
