Charterhouse is working exclusively with an international luxury brand which promotes a wellness and active lifestyle. Due to their success and dominating this niche market, the brand is growing within the UAE and looking to expand their team.
About the role
The role will require an energetic and results-orientated customer service specialist, who can deliver an exceptional, unique, luxury sales experience and deliver results. Someone with a passion for sports, fitness and wellness with a consultative approach will be desired. The role will require the ability to act as an ambassador with a luxury selling technique for products and services.
Listening and communication skills will be needed to understand the needs of the clients and to find the best solutions. You will manage CRM with B2B and B2C clients, using this as a tool to increase the database and sales.
In this role you will be responsible for the entire customer journey from finding the business opportunities through to aftersales care on completion of the sale.
To be considered for this role you should have previous experience in luxury retail and can demonstrate an interest in the fitness and wellness market. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident selling on the phone rather than face-to-face.
Experience with CRM and growing databases by developing and maintaining relationships will be needed to be successful. You will be a sale-orientated, team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
