Charterhouse is working with a leading pharmaceutical company who is looking to hire a Customers and Operations Analyst to join their team in K.S.A.
About the role
You will be responsible for managing supply chain planning processes and acting as an integrated link between multiple functions (demand management, sales & marketing, customer service, planning, warehousing & distribution and finance). The role should ensure optimisation of operational flows, performance measurement processes and results while supporting business service agreements. You will work closely with finance community to align logistics & financial forecast by identifying gaps / opportunities / assumptions along with managing order from receipt to delivery with the different stakeholders, product planner, finance and logistics, along with providing weekly accurate feedback on the order book with expected shipment date and related comments and ensuring delivery on time by following closely products productions with dedicated planners. You will also be responsible for creating monthly report and conduct / or participate in country S & OP. You will be heavily involved in operations, inventory management, customer service activities and support activities within the various parts of the business.
The successful candidate should have a B.A. or B.S. Degree in business or other technical discipline, candidates are requested to apply only if you fit the below criteria. APICS certification an advantage along with a minimum 2 years of experience in operations planning, logistics or manufacturing. Our client is seeking for a Saudi national keeping in mind the movement of Saudization with experience in forecasting methodology and supply chain concepts and an understanding of their inter-relationship with finance and operations and use of statistical forecast concepts along with experience in demand and / or operations planning applications, database management tools, spreadsheet applications and report writing tools.
