Job description
Charterhouse is proud to be working with a renowned UAE public company on the search for a Deputy COO, to join their leadership team. The client is a well-known UAE corporation and specialises in the financial services sector.
About the role
The Deputy COO will work closely with the COO and other senior leadership individuals to contribute in driving the organization’s vision and strategy. This role will assist with the design and implementation of the business operations and general policies.
In addition, this role will also examine the performance of the organisation and understand what can be improved operationally and how to implement goals for future performance and growth. In conjunction, this position will also be responsible for overseeing compliance, customer experience and identifying areas of process enhancement.
About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must be an experienced operations professional with a high level of exposure within the financial services industry, ideally with exposure across FX and Remittances.
Our client is looking for someone with experience working alongside senior leadership teams and implementing operational strategies and visions. This role prefers candidates who are Arabic Speakers.
