Charterhouse is working with a multinational accredited education provider who are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager, this is a regional role based in Dubai handling the entire GCC region. We are looking for an individual which has experience within higher education who is able to develop and implement new digital marketing strategies.

About the role
This is an excellent opportunity and a newly created role developed to support the long term growth plans for the business within the Middle East markets. Your main responsibilities will be to develop and implement a digital marketing strategy for our client and optimize marketing channels for student outreach both online and offline.

This role will require you to discover new and innovative ways to reach students whilst developing effective and creative marketing and enrolment functions through innovative campaigns. You will investigate new opportunities for the business, complete market research and be able to create and implement new engagement strategies. This position is a hands on role and you must be able to manage a digital presence and CRM.

You will have an existing knowledge of the GCC market and be able to devise a global strategy to the needs of the market. You will report to the Regional Director and will have regular collaboration with the global headquarters. Candidates must be willing and flexible to on board remotely, adopting a combination of remote work and office based rotation.

About you
Our client is looking for an individual with a minimum of 3 – 5 years digital marketing experience at a managerial level, ideally within higher education or executive education. You must be a self-motivated, resilient and enthusiastic individual, who can act independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, SEO and Google Ad word strategies. To be considered for this role you must have a Degree in digital marketing or a related field. Excellent fluency in English, both written and verbal is essential for this role.
