Charterhouse is working exclusively with an incredibly successful large family group that is looking to further grow its HR team with a Director of Human Capital who can provide functional leadership and expertise to the Entertainment & Leisure side of the group.
About the role
This role requires someone that is able to translate business objectives into a set of strategic people priorities, which fully align with the organisation’s People Strategy and can be a key player in contributing to the overall business growth. You need to be able to contribute to the business strategy by supporting leadership to identify, prioritize and build organisational capabilities. Ideally you will be an individual who has worked in an organisation that has been involved in extensive growth and understands the challenges that this brings.
To be considered for this position, you will be Degree educated with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role. You will have further education within HR and be someone that has worked in a large diverse organisation preferable with experience in Retail, Entertainment, Leisure or Hospitality. You will be an Arabic Speaker with strong communication skills in both Arabic and English as well as be someone who can work at all levels with a multitude of stakeholders. This role will require travel across the region and is a role that requires someone who can have a flexible schedule if required.
