Job description
Charterhouse is working with a leading luxury brand client with strong global presence, who is expanding their operations within KSA and is currently seeking an experienced Educator – Luxury Beauty to define a dynamic training program adapted specifically for the brand.
About the role
As an Educator, the responsibilities will include developing the teams by implementing the guidelines of HQ training and developing it in collaboration with Middle-East Retail management. This role will also contribute towards E-learning and focusing the content on recommended areas.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for enhancing the public perception of the brand reputation by creating educated ambassadors, preparing and organising informative training sessions and monitoring results through assessments.
About you
To be considered for this role, the suitable candidate must have experience working within education but also have a passion for beauty. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
The ideal candidate will have experience in training, which is essential for this role. Our client is looking for a Female Saudi National, willing to travel between Jeddah and the rest of the Western Region.
